The Food Market: Having a full time Catering business it was impossible to coordinate our Food Market stand of 15 stall holders at the House and Garden show this year. Having worked with Emma in the past there was no one else that we would have turned to facilitate this project. Emma managed this event from sourcing our traders, communicating with them and the organisers throughout the period, arranging specific requirements while keeping me updated at all times. She took care of all PR matters regarding the Food Market and handled all media including interviews with East Coast radio. She continued to monitor the progress of the traders during the show assisting them where she could as well as doing a wrap up and thorough handover to us after the event. Eric and I contribute the success of our time at the 2011 House and Garden to Emma’s professionalism and as a result we have invited her to join our Food Market Team. |
